運用教師社群進行資訊融入自然與生活科技領域教學之行動研究

An Action Research of Teahcer Community Integrate Information Technology into Nature Science and Living Technology Domain Instruction

摘要


本研究旨在運用教師社群進行資訊融入自然與生活科技領域教學,研究發現如下:壹、教師參與教師社群可強化教學知能,增加教學資源。貳、運用教師社群能有效分工合作,減輕備課壓力。參、運用教師社群能提供技術支援,解決個人資訊能力不足問題,增加實施資訊融入教學的意願。肆、在教師社群中校長為領導者;主任為協調溝通者;組長為主動執行者;教師為被動執行者。伍、被動的執行者配合學校工作,但缺乏主動思考及創新的態度。陸、教師社群推展遭遇的問題為時間協調不易以及職務異動造成運作不遂。柒、要避免多頭馬車,造成共識凝聚不易。捌、實施資訊融入教學要注意時間分配及實施的對象。最後,研究者提具下列三項建議。壹、辦理教師研習,建立教師合作共識。貳、行政多與鼓勵,增加個人參與動機。參、避免成員異動,影響教師社群整體發展。

The results are as follows: 1. Teachers participate in the teacher community can promote teaching acknowledgement and increase teaching resource. 2. Teacher community can increase cooperation efficiency owing to dividing the work among the members of group and abate the pressure of preparing for instructions. 3. Teacher community can support the solution to the problem which occurs in the integrating information technology into teaching. 4. The principal is a leader; the director is a connector; the supervisor is an actively administrator; and the teacher is a passive administrator in teacher community. 5. The passive administrator would cooperate to get the work in the school, but they lack the ponder and innovation. 6. The main questions of teacher community were time insufficiency and duty change. 7. To avoid the effect of the multiple carriages. 8. Focuses of integrating information technology into teaching were time and objects. Finally, the researcher puts forward the following suggestions. 1. To hold teachers' in-service training and to build mutual recognition. 2. Administrators give more encouragement to the teachers and enhance them more incentive to do the best. 3. Duty change should be considered seriously, otherwise it will influence the advances of teacher community.
