環境教育人員職能內涵及其對專業發展培訓的啟示

摘要


環境教育人員的工作內容繁多,我國現階段的認證與展延制度,僅限於人員資格的符合程度,且另需以專業發展為基礎的培訓;而提升專業能力的基礎,在於環境教育人員職能內涵的奠基與發展。本文由「職能內涵」與環境教育人員專業內涵之文獻進行分析,歸納環境教育人員職能內涵對其專業發展培訓的影響如下:一、重視職前或在職的培訓課程,加強對環境脈絡的重視,並規劃整體性的職能發展。二、課程內容以「多元、開放」為原則,將環境教育人員的情意、環境正義與環境素養納入課程規劃之重要考量。三、職能內涵影響個人績效,可透過評估與分級,促進專業發展。四、發展環境教育人員課程地圖,提供不同設施場所、不同專長人員的職能內涵。

The professionalization efforts of environmental educators play a key in their work, and the foundation of improving professional ability lies in the development of the competencies of environmental educators. Based on the literature about the content of competencies and the professional connotation of environmental educators, this article analyzes the influence of environmental educators on their professional development training as follows. The course of environmental educators strengthens the emphasis on environmental context, and plan overall functional development. The course content is based on the principle of "diversity and openness", and professional development can be promoted through evaluation and grading. According to the result of review, this study indicates develop a curriculum map for environmental educators.
