目標難度與結果獲知對桌球正手擊球表現之影響

The Effect of Goal Difficulty and Knowledge of Results on Table Tennis Forehand Stroke Performance

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討目標難度與結果獲知(KR)對桌球正手擊球表現的影響。以南台科技大學女生108名為研究對象,採隨機分配方式派入下列各組之中:1.困難目標有KR組;2.困難目標無KR組;3.簡單目標有KR組;4.簡單目標無KR組;5.盡力而為有KR組;6.盡力而為無KR組。動作技能為桌球正手擊球,所使用工具色括桌球器材,以及實驗操弄檢驗問卷,每位受試經過四周的練習,所得資料以t-test、單因子變異數分析、二因子變異數分析、杜凱法分析。結果發現:1.各實驗組均可獲致良好的學習成效;2.困難目標組在正手擊球表現上,比簡單目標組與盡力而為組好,且簡單目標組比盡力而為組好;3.有KR組在正手擊球表現上,比無KR組佳。

The purpose of this research was to discuss the effect of the goal difficulty and the knowledge of result on table tennis forehand stroke performance. One hundred and eight Southern Taiwan University of Technology female students were randomly assigned to the different teams as below: 1. goal difficulty vs knowledge of result team; 2. goal difficulty vs no knowledge of result team; 3. simple goal vs knowledge of result team; 4. simple goal vs no knowledge of result team; 5. do your best vs knowledge of result team; 6. do your best vs no knowledge of result team. The subjects performed on table tennis forehand stroke after four weeks practicing. A t-test, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, and the Tukey's method were employed to analyze the performance data. The results indicated that 1. Each experiment team can obtain the excellent learning efficiency. 2. The table tennis forehand stroke performance of the goal difficulty is better than the simple goal and the do your best team, however the simple goal is better than the do your best. 3. The table tennis forehand stroke performance of the knowledge of results is better than the no knowledge of results team.
