國小學童運動代表隊生活適應現況分析研究

Analysis and Study on Current Living Adaptability of Elementary School Sports Team

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小運動代表隊學童在生活適應的情形。本研究以桃園縣績優運動代表隊所屬的八所學校五、六年級學生為研究對象。並以國小學童生活適應量表施測,共得運動代表隊學童有效問卷225份。所得資料以SPSS統計套裝軟體處理,進行描述統計、t-test的比較分析,研究結果顯示:一、運動代表隊學童在生活適應的現況介於普通與良好之間。二、運動代表隊學童在不同年級比較方面具有顯著差異,五年級在「社交技巧」與「自我接受度」均優於六年級。三、運動代表隊學童在不同性別比較方面具有顯著差異,女生在「功課與遊戲的調適」優於男生,而男生在與「自我接受度」優於女生。最後,根據本研究結論,提出在教育與運動訓練的應用及未來研究的建議。

This study aims to discuss the current life adaptability of elementary school sports team. The subjects involved in this study were selected from most prestigious sports teams of 8 Taoyuan Hsien elementary schools, mainly grade 5 and 6 students. By adopting the living adaptability measuring scale, there were 225 valid questionnaire collected from elementary school sports teams. All the data collected was proceeded by the SPSS statistics software with statistics descriptions and t-test comparison analysis. The results indicated that:1. The current status of living adaptability of sports-team students was between average and excellent.2.There were significant differences in sports-team students with different grades. In terms of 'Social Skills' and 'Self-acceptance', the grade 5 student were better than grade 6 students.3.There were significant differences in sports-team students with different sexes. In term of ”Homework and Game Adaptation”, Girls were better than boys; whereas in term of ”Self-acceptance”, boys were better than girls. Finally, the applications of education and sports training as well as the suggestions for future studies were proposed according to the conclusions of this study.
