摘要

警察人員為維護國家社會治安，必須面對違反法規、影響社會安全的人民，因此是一項高危險、高壓力的工作。在高壓的工作任務下，警察人員如何因應壓力感受，如何紓解壓力，渠等先天的性格和特質，以及生活模式、家庭關係等，是否會影響其在工作上的壓力感受？本研究之研究設計，旨在探討警察人員的正向心理特質、家庭凝聚力及休閒活動，對其「壓力感受」的影響。試圖了解「壓力感受」與不同程度的正向心理特質、家庭凝聚力和休閒活動之間的關係。本研究係以北部地區5個分局、兩所學校的現職警察人員為研究對象。以自行編製的問卷進行問卷調查，實得有效樣本共計352份；就樣本資料分別進行了描述性統計、變異數分析、Pearson相關係數，以及簡單迴歸分析。本篇論文之撰寫，限於篇幅，較偏重於警察人員「壓力感受」影響因素之研究；亦即，於撰寫過程中，將「壓力感受」的部分，從整個研究中萃取出來，作較深入之探討與分析，故本篇論文中所引用者，為樣本資料的描述性統計與Pearson相關係數分析。

Police officers guard against people who violate laws and regulations and affect social security. They are a high-risk, high-pressure job. Under the high-pressure task, how can police officers respond to pressure, how to relieve pressure, their innate personality and traits, as well as their life patterns, family relationships, etc., will it affect their pressure feelings at work ? The research design of this study aims to explore the impact of police officers' positive trait, family cohesion and leisure activities on their ＂pressure feelings＂. Try to understand the relationship between ＂pressure feelings＂ and different levels of positive traits, family cohesion and leisure activities. This study is based on the current police officers in five branches of the northern region and two schools. A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey, and a total of 352 valid samples were obtained. Descriptive statistics, variance analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis were performed on the sample data. The writing of this paper is limited to the length of the paper, and it is more focused on the research on the influencing factors of the police's ＂pressure perception＂; that is, in the process of writing, the ＂pressure feeling＂ part is extracted from the whole research, for a more in-depth discussion and analysis. Therefore, the authors cited in this paper are the descriptive statistics of the sample data and the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis.
