優質安全良質米生產體系之應用

Application of Production System of High Quality and Safe Rice

摘要


水稻栽培長期以來過於偏重化學肥料之施用,導致土壤酸化及有機質含量不足,影響土壤之生產能力;肥料施用過量與施用時期不當,加重病蟲害之發生及降低稻米品質,影響市場之競爭能力;農藥施用過量與施用時期不當,造成生產成本浪費及衍生農藥殘留等問題。因此解決水稻生產之根本問題,在於提升土壤生產力,教育及輔導正確之肥料及農藥施用種類、施用量及施用時期,加強水稻自我健康管理,降低農藥之施用量。建構可行的優質安全良質米生產體系,仍然必須依賴農民配合執行,因此必需組織水稻集團栽培,應用資材共同採購、病蟲害共同防治等作業,並進行水稻生產履歷紀錄,以利追蹤輔導及做為銷售行為輔助使用。

Production of rice has three problems, that including (1) long-term application of chemical fertilizer result in increased acidity and insufficient organic matter of soil. (2) Application amount and time of fertilizers were unsuitable result in increase the occurrence of the rice diseases and insect pests and lower rice quality. (3) Application amount and time of chemical pesticide were unsuitable result in high production cost and pesticides residue. Therefore, the basic problems to resolve the production of rice including (1) Promote the soil productivity. (2) Education and guiding the fertilizer and the chemical pesticide usage amount and period. (3) Strengthen health management of rice, reduce the amount of the chemical pesticide. Good application of production system of high quality and safe rice depends on the farmer cooperation. Therefore, it is need to organize the group cultivation of rice. Joint purchase of application material, integrated prevention of rice diseases and insect pests and recording of rice traceability system.
