電機電子產業之綠色供應商評選量表的建構

Development of a Green Supplier Selection Scale for Electrical and Electronic Industries

摘要


由於能源的耗竭及大自然環境之維護,歐盟因應此趨勢進而訂定廢電子電機設備指令(WEEE)及電子電機設備中危害物質禁用指令(RoHS),故企業於遴選供應商時已必須考慮環境之因素,面對此綠色浪潮,為了不違反國際法規,傳統供應鏈亦逐漸轉變為綠色供應鏈。本研究主要目的為探討現今電機電子產業中,製造商衡量其供應商之關鍵因素,以建構一套綠色供應商評選量表。本研究藉由文獻探討彙整出綠色成本、綠色品質、綠色形象、綠色規範與認證以及交期因素,並於問卷回收後,利用探索性因素分析精化因素。本研究經由四次因素分析後,產生之因素為環境因素、交期因素、成本因素及形象因素,於因素分析後之結果,環境因素所包含之14項變項內涵性質皆偏重於環境,其因素所著重於綠色環保議題之成份相當大,在環保意識抬頭並受各界綠色相關法規嚴格把關的環境下,供應商可參考此因素作為日後與製造商合作之籌碼。本研究期望將結論作為業界綠色供應商評選時之參考依據。

Due to increasing depletion of global energies, European Union has set up Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) to help protect the natural environment. With the legislation of these directives, environmental factors have become criteria to be considered in selection of suppliers. To cope with this green trend and comply with international laws, many traditional supply chains have also gradually transformed into green supply chains. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the key factors that manufacturers in electrical and electronic industries consider in selection of suppliers and further construct a green supply chain selection scale. Through literature view, this study obtained a number of factors, including green cost, green quality, green image, green specification and certification, and delivery. After questionnaire responses were obtained, this study performed exploratory factor analysis to refine these factors. Through four rounds of factor analysis, four key factors were obtained, including environmental factor, delivery factor, cost factor, and image factor. Factor analysis results showed all the 14 variables included in the environmental factor were focused on the environment. This factor concerned primarily green issues. With the rise of environmental awareness and enforcement of various green laws, suppliers could use these factors as bargaining chips in their cooperation with manufacturers. This study expected that the results could be a reference for the industries on evaluation and selection of green suppliers.
