Under the trend of globalized economic division of labor, enterprises have been able to adjust their labor dispatch, control labor costs and reorganize their work organizations through flexible human resources. In response to the shortening of global product market cycles, the diversification of consumer markets and the prosperity and prosperity of the economy, This shift means that the percentage of atypical jobs in the job market has increased. Such types of jobs have become topics of public and government concern. In this paper, we focus on the unemployment rate of the whole country, compare the unemployment situation of young people in major countries in the world, and then look at the present situation of atypical labor force in New Taipei City from the working style to analyze the results for the reference of public sector and non-government promotion of labor-related policies.
