大學社工實習運用學習共同體經營模式之成效評估-以長青園日照中心為例

The effectiveness evaluation study of university social work internship on using integrating learning community model- A Case Study of the day care center

摘要


因社工師法的頒訂,大學相關科系至社福機構(長青園日照中心)至今己有五年,包括:機構的職員(社工、照顧服務員)、被服務的高齡者及大學實習生,所採取的經營模式如同學習共同體,來帶領實習生成長;以「主題、探究、表現」累積實習生學習經驗,進而構成知識,一直是長青園日照中心對實習生督導的方向。基於上述研究背景及重要性,本研究擬以長青園2014年日照中心為主,針對中心實習生分析其學習共同體之歷程而推演出其成效,進而探討未來之發展,因此本研究之具體目的如下:1.分析實習生的學習歷程;2.分析實習生的學習成效;3.分析日照中心被服務高齡者對實習生的回應;4.提出未來持續發展日照中心實習生與高齡者共同學習規劃的方向。分析實習生每週週誌之學習歷程,再訪談三位實習生前中後的改變,同時訪談六位日照中心被服務高齡者前中後的回應,比對實習生在此學習共同體達到之成效。在實習生學習的歷程探究上,雖學校有相關課程的教授,但與實務上仍有相當的距離,實習生兩個月的實習通常至中後段才會有所體會開始能將學理與實務相互運用。依訪談分析,實習對高齡者最大的效益僅在陪伴,但同時期對大學生來說,卻是震撼的反思及豐富的學習成就感。在「學習共同體」中,督導及被服務的高齡者的工作是知識的媒介,同時觸發思考,讓自己融入實習生的學習領域,幫助實習生的思考更深刻。但除此之外,實習生之家長、高齡者家屬及長青園的政策等…,也都是在學習圈裡可持續再探討的面向。

Because of Making the senior social worker law , the university of the elderly department students have been practiced to social welfare organizations for five years. The model of integrating learning community is used to lead growing by the staff (social workers & the health care aides ), the elderly and student. To use 〞theme, exploring and the performance〞 intern students learning experience accumulated thus constitute knowledge, it is has been supervision direction in the day care center . Based on the research background and importance, this research draws up by the day care center in 2014.To analysis interns of the course of integrating learning community and to deduce effectiveness, then development discussion future, therefore this research the concrete goal is as follows: 1. analyzes students study course, 2. analyzes interns study result, 3. analysis sunshine center is served the advanced age to interns response, 4. proposed the future will develop the the day care center interns and the advanced age continually studies the plan together the direction. To analysis of interns learning process, and the interview before the change in the three interns, while interviews response sunshine after the first six service centers are elderly, effectiveness ratio of interns in this reach of the learning community. In the course of the intern to learn to explore, although the school has a professor related courses, but the practice is still a considerable distance, usually two-month internship intern to the posterior segment will be able to experience the beginning of each theoretical and practical apply. According to analysis of the interviews, internships greatest benefits for the elderly only in the company, but in the same period for college students, but it is shocking reflection and rich learning achievement.
