四週震動訓練對於跆拳道選手敏捷性表現之影響

Effect of Four Weeks Whole-Body-Vibration Training On Agility in Taekwondo Athletes

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討震動訓練對於跆拳道選手,提升敏捷性表現之影響。方法:招募20 名大專跆拳道選手,隨機分為實驗組及控制組,而實驗組連續四週於常態專項訓練後接受震動訓練,每週訓練4 次,每次訓練3 回合,每回合有4 個動作組合,每個動作皆須維持30 秒,4 個動作需費時2 分鐘,每回合間休息1 分鐘。1-4 週震動頻率分別依序為30Hz、35Hz、40Hz、50Hz,震動振幅固定為6mm。控制組則於一般地面做相同訓練動作,但無實施震動刺激。本研究以T 字折返跑作為敏捷性表現,於4 週震動訓練前、後分別進行敏捷性檢測。利用雙因子混合變異數分析,比較實驗組與控制組四週震動訓練後對敏捷性表現是否有差異,其顯著水準設為α = .05。結果:實驗組及控制組在4 週震動訓練前、後測的敏捷性檢測總程時間分別為10.78 ± 0.81 秒與10.70 ± 0.59 秒;10.76 ± 0.78 秒與10.54 ± 0.51 秒,兩組分別之前後測與組間無顯著性差異。結論:大專跆拳道男子選手,經過四週震動訓練後對敏捷性表現皆無增進效果。

This study aimed to examine the effect of a 4-week whole-body-vibration training (WBV) on the agility in Taekwondo (TKD) athletes. Methods: Twenty college TKD athletes were recruited and randomly assigned to a WBV group and a control group. The WBV group took a WBV training after Taekwondo special training. The training program was lasting 4 weeks and contained 4 session per week, 3 sets per sessions, and 4 movements in a 2-min set with 1 minute for resting between sets, each movement ongoing 30 seconds. The vibration frequencies from first week to forth week sequentially were 30Hz, 35Hz, 40Hz, 50Hz, and vibration amplitude was 6 mm. The CG was executed training programs on ground instead of vibration stimulus. The T-drill test as agility performance was inspected before and after 4-week WBV training. Two-way mixed ANOVA was examined the difference on agility performance between WBV group and CG group. The significant level was set at .05. Result: The T-drill total time on agility performance between groups before and after 4-weeks vibration training were shown that WBV group were 10.78 ± 0.81 seconds and 10.70 ± 0.59 seconds respectively and those were 10.76 ± 0.78 seconds and 10.54 ± 0.51 seconds in control group. There were no interaction effects between treatments and groups as well as no significant difference between groups. Conclusion: There is no improvement on agility of college TKD players after 4-week vibration training.
