摘要


環境不確定的加劇,導致更多公司採取創業導向的策略,但從公司創業導向到組織績效,中間需要一定的轉化路徑與組織能力的支援。本文從理論上論證了組織的探索能力與開發能力在創業導向轉化為組織績效中所起的中介作用,並經由185份有效樣本驗證了中國背景下創業導向的獨特構面組成,以及這兩種組織能力的中介效應。

More and more corporate begin to adopt the entrepreneurial orientation strategy along with the intense uncertainty environment, but it should be some transition paths and organizational competence support. This paper discusses the mediating effect about organizational explorative competence and exploitative competence between corporate entrepreneurial orientation and performance relationship, and validate the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation of China's context, and the mediating effect empirically by using 185 valid samples.
