摘要

綠色化學(Green Chemistry)是近幾年根據預防污染思想發展起來的一門新興的領域，目標是以化學的技術來減少對人類健康有害的原料、產物、副產物、溶劑或試劑等的產生或應用。理念上是從根本避免對環境的污染，也就是說化學反應過程要做到預先預防的原則。本篇論文是朝綠色化學思想針對現有藥物化學上的應用進行探討，說明綠色化學在藥物化學合成的可能性、展望與前景。

Green chemistry is a newly developing field in recent years. It accords to pollution prevention. The goal of green chemistry is to reduce the harmful production to human health and environment. For example, we used the green chemical technology to reduce the use of raw materials, solvent or reagent, etc during the production process. This paper discusses the existing phenomena of pharmaceutical chemistry. According to the principles of green chemistry, we used some examples to explore the application of green chemistry in pharmaceutical chemistry.
