摘要
細菌性腦膜炎在診斷及預後上都是現代醫學的挑戰，及早進行腰椎穿刺、投以抗生素，有助於提高診斷率、降低死亡或神經損傷。本文試圖透過回顧細菌性腦膜炎的臨床表現、診斷及治療，希望能提高臨床工作者在第一線工作的警覺性。
