偷竊、購物狂及儲物症

摘要

竊盜案為犯罪行為時之責任能力精神鑑定實務中常見之案件類型，個案產生竊盜行為的原因除了反社會行為外，病態偷竊症亦為精神障礙中常見之病態成因，但此類個案往往共病友其他的精神障礙，其中最常被提及的關聯疾病為強迫購物症及儲物症，為這類個案的複雜度以及鑑定時的困難度添加諸多困擾。本文回顧過去文獻，介紹病態偷竊症、強迫購物症及儲物症的最新診斷準則、已知成因以及治療方式。
