摘要
肺動脈高壓的病因對於治療的選擇和預後有決定性的影響。而因臨床醫師對於此疾病的瞭解程度不夠，常導致診斷分類錯誤或太晚發現病患有肺動脈高壓而無法及時給予適當之治療。本文回顧近年來最新之肺動脈高壓診斷標準、病理機轉和治療藥物，以增進對肺動脈高壓之認知和照護能力。
