摘要


目前心律調節器的主流為經靜脈心律調節器,由置於皮下的脈衝產生器(subcutaneous pulse generator)、電極(electrode)以及導線(lead)組成,以一定的速度將電刺激傳到心臟,使心臟維持脈動。這項技術已發展良久,具有相當的安全性,但仍有少數患者會出現併發症,而這些併發症往往與導線或皮下的心律調節器相關。近幾年來,開始有新型的無導線心律調節器(leadless pacemaker)出現,省卻了傳統的導線及置於皮下的心律調節器,提供臨床治療更多的選擇。因此本文會就無導線心律調節器做一初步的簡介,並探討其臨床的運用。
