摘要
本篇透過文獻回顧的方式，探討擬定製作可撤式局部義齒之治療計畫時，剩餘牙齒的評估以及支臺齒篩選需考量到的各項因素。其中，剩餘齒質結構（tooth structure）、牙周支持組織（periodontal support）、及咬合力量（occlusal force）對於支臺齒之存活有顯著的影響。而剩餘牙齒分佈情形（tooth distribution）則缺乏足夠證據證明其會造成顯著影響，是屬於較次級的因素。
