摘要
這篇文章以美國糖尿病學會於2020年發佈的糖尿病標準化醫療照護當中關於懷孕時期糖尿病照護的內容為基礎做撰寫，主要來自於第十四章「懷孕時期的糖尿病處理照護」並參考中華民國糖尿病學會於2018年發佈的糖尿病臨床照護指引第二十章「妊娠糖尿病與糖尿病人的孕期照護」的部分內容。今年的內容與過去兩年差異不多，最主要差別在強調暨存糖尿病患者在懷孕前的照護，包括多專科團隊的照護以及評估表格；懷孕時期使用連續血糖監控來控制血糖和使用胰島素治療的重要性；以及產後胰島素劑量的調整等細節。
