摘要
兒童肝臟腫瘤之鑑別診斷隨年紀可能有不同之類別，肝母細胞瘤（hepatoblastoma）為最常見在幼年孩童身上發現之肝臟原發惡性腫瘤，治療方法包含手術切除、化學治療、血管栓塞、肝臟移植等。切片檢查為最確切之診斷方法，但影像學方面也可在切片前給予初步鑑別診斷與評估腫瘤侵犯範圍、是否適合手術、有無大血管侵犯或壓迫、遠端肺部及骨頭轉移等，此外也可在腫瘤出血或體積太大時實施動脈栓塞，以利後續處理。本文提出一位肝母細胞瘤之病患，並討論其影像表現、住院檢查與診斷流程，以及兒童常見肝臟腫瘤之鑑別診斷。
