摘要
藥物疹合併嗜伊紅血症及全身症狀（drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms, DRESS）為一種嚴重皮膚藥物不良反應（severe cutaneous adverse reaction, SCAR）。這種嚴重藥物不良反應與許多磺胺類藥物以及抗癲癇藥物有密不可分的關係。病人主要的臨床表現有麻疹樣皮膚疹（morbilliform eruption）、發燒、淋巴結腫大、肝脾腫大，嚴重時甚至可能會造成患者死亡。及早發現並停止致病藥物，同時給予完善的支持治療是非常重要的。
