摘要

自法國的Alain Cribier醫師於2002年成功的完成世界首例經導管主動脈瓣膜置入手術（transcatheter aortic valve implantation）後，經導管心臟瓣膜修補或置換手術便開始蓬勃的發展。時至今日，不論在手術的器械，適合接受的疾病種類和族群都有顯著的進步。本篇文章將說明目前經導管二尖瓣膜置換術（transcatheter mitral valve replacement, TMVR）在臨床的應用與相關預後。
