室內裝修石材工程品質不良之成因與改善策略

摘要

天然石材的種類因形成方式各異，故各具其色澤與紋理，能夠塑造室內空間之氛圍，使室內裝修石材工程為使用者所重視之項目。石材常運用於玄關、客廳地坪、電視牆、餐桌、吧檯、衛浴空間、電梯間等公共區域為重點設計，故應掌握石材特性使能展現室內空間之氛圍。本研究目的為彙整室內裝修石材工程常見之品質不良狀況與成因，並提出預防之策略。藉由整理室內裝修石材工程的材料特性、加工方法、施工程序與品質管理等相關文獻，並採取實地調查，在石材加工廠針對業者與施工人員的工作進行觀察，就室內裝修石材工程中常見之品質不良狀況進行深入探討。研究發現其成因包括：1.材料特性因素2.自然因素3.人為因素4.施工管理因素。並就品質管理觀點提出改善策略：1.適材適所，選用石材應將材料特性及使用用途一併考量。2.精益求精(如：板材裁切前的紋路模擬排列效果確認、側邊加工及收邊方式選擇與正確的施工程序)。3.定期保養以避免石材表面的防護劑受到自然因素及人為因素影響而逐漸失去防護功能。最後根據室內裝修石材工程之品質不良狀況與成因，彙整檢核重點，提出「室內裝修石材工程檢核表」，做為石材工程品質提升之工具。

The kinds of natural stone have respective colour and texture, due to the formation of different ways, is able to create the atmosphere of indoor space, which makes the designer to attach great importance to the stone in interior decoration project. The emphasis of the stone design often is adopted to entrance, living room, TV wall, dining table, bar table, bathroom, elevator and other public areas. It would be able to demonstrate the interior atmosphere if the stone feature is mastered. The purpose of this study is to address the strategy of prevention on the poor quality condition and causes of stone in interior decoration by collecting common information. To expand on the deep discussion of stone in interior decoration poor quality condition by integrating the material characteristics, processing methods, construction procedures, other relevant quality management literature, and the work observation of the stone processing factory and construction workers.Causes include: 1. Material characteristics factors 2. Natural factors 3. Human factors 4. Construction management factors. The proposed improvement strategies based on the factors found: 1. The Right Material in The Right Place, selecting stone material properties and use should be taken into account. 2. Constantly Improving, (such as, confirming the effects of line arrangement simulation before cutting the board lines, the side processing and edge mode selection and the correct construction procedures). 3. Conducting periodic maintenance to avoid any losing protectant on the stone surface caused by natural factors and human factors influence. According to the stone in interior decoration poor quality condition and causes based on the integrating point of view, the proposed checklists as a tool for stone in interior decoration to enhance the quality of stone works.
