背景:急診後送病房病人病情複雜及嚴重度高,若系統性培育臨床護理師專業能力,除提高護理照顧品質亦會增加病人對醫療的滿意度。2016年上半年本單位護理師專業能力進階完成率為0%,分析原因:無針對進階規劃輔導小組(缺乏專人輔導諮詢、工作太忙,沒有同儕一起寫報告)、進階須完成的相關表單無統一置放、只有紙本考試測驗,需耗時安排時間測驗、文獻搜尋困難、學員與臨床教師班別不同,難約技術考時間。目的:運用混成教學提升急診後送病房護理師專業能力進階率。解決方案:改善措施為成立輔導小組、建置進階相關數位學習系統。結果:專案實施後護理師進階完成率從0%提升至82%,顯示專案有成效。結論:運用混成教學導入專業能力進階訓練,護理師能掌握自我學習進度,管理者亦能隨時監測護理師完成進度,營造專業能力進階的風氣,增進護理師自信心與臨床照護品質。
If professional nurses are systematically trained to improve the quality of clinical care, patients' satisfaction with the medical service will also increase, especially for those who suffer complex and severe diseases and are hospitalized after emergency treatment. In the first half of 2016, the completion rate of the clinical ladder program was 0%. The reasons identified during analysis were as follows: lack of a customized counseling team, busy working hours, no partner to complete the program with, inflexible schedule for technical testing and paper exam, trouble in getting all the application forms in a simple way, and difficulty in searching the literature. Improvement measures included building a counseling team and establishing an online learning program for career advancement. After implementing the project, the advanced completion rate of the nursing staffs increased from 0% to 82%, indicating that the project was effective in this regard. Using the advanced teaching of blended learning to introduce professional skills, the nurses could master self-learning progress, and the managers could also monitor completion progress at any time. This fosters an atmosphere of improving professionalism, increasing the confidence of nursing staffs in service delivery, and improving clinical care quality.
