義勇消防人員休閒涉入對休閒滿意度影響之研究

本研究之主要目的在於探究義勇消防人員休閒的涉入跟休閒的滿意度之間的關係，並採用問卷調查法以義勇消防人員為調查對象。本研究共發放500份調查問卷，共回收有效調查問卷348份，並輔以信度與效度的分析、描述性的統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析與迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析。本研究成果除了義勇消防人員休閒涉入和休閒滿意度的相關性質以及休閒涉入對休閒滿意度之影響程度外，希冀未來能重視義勇消防人員之休閒生活品質，期以提高義勇消防人員於職場之參與度，並進而減少人才之流失。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between leisure involvement and leisure satisfaction towards the volunteer firefighters. Also, the questionnaire survey in this research was conducted to examine what extent the respondents perceived the value and importance of each item at volunteer fire brigade in Taiwan. Of 500 questionnaires distributed in this study, a total of 348 valid questionnaires were returned. The data obtained from the returned survey instruments were subjected to the descriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis, independent sample t-test analysis, One-way ANOVA analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results revealed that it exists the significantly positive correlations between leisure involvement and leisure satisfaction towards volunteer firefighters and leisure involvement has an influence on leisure satisfaction. Nevertheless, to reduce the brain drain in the future, it is anticipated that the authority ought to attach importance to the leisure life quality for volunteer firefighters and reinforce their willingness to participate in the relevant activities within the workplaces.
