摘要

In the era of knowledge economy, how to adapt to the conflict between the new normal development and business intelligence, and to better cope with the instability of the current international COVID-19, has become an important problem in the development of enterprises. The employee creativity plays an important role in enhancing the innovation capabilities of enterprises and market competitiveness. The result view of employee creativity defines it as the generation of novel and useful ideas, products, processes, services or methods, which have been referenced by most researchers. This paper reviews the existing research results on employee creativity in the world, include the definition; theoretical basis of creativity composition theory; evaluation, dimension and scale; research review and comment. Based on the context of private enterprises, a review study on employee creativity to provides new ideas for the future research direction. Stimulate the employee creativity, provide an important path for the enterprise's innovation, enhance its core competitiveness, and respond to the unstable situation of the international environment.
