一九二四年以來,加拿大已依「國家檔案法」及相關政策,建立健全的檔案保存年限訂定與計畫清理制度。該制主要規範聯邦機關檔案保存年限之訂定、清理授權、保存價值鑑定及清理申請案之審核等作業。本文旨在探討該國有關檔案保存年限之訂定與鑑定制度,作為我國推展是項制度之參考。
Since 1924, Canadian government has established an effective system for intended records disposition and scheduling pursuant to the requirements of National Archives of Canada Act and the related policies. The system is mainly designed to manage records scheduling, disposition authorities, records appraisal and approval for records disposition submissions of federal agencies. This article concentrates on the study of the system for records scheduling and appraisal in Canada, also provides references for facilitating the similar system in our country.
