摘要

本文旨在說明我國教育類國家檔案審選原則及主題的規劃，先說明我國重要教育政務，再對教育部所管檔案進行分析，最後歸納出精選、區別、稀有性、重要性、歷史與研究優先及發展性等六項一般性原則，以及中央與地方兼顧的特殊性原則。又審選主題，提出總類等24項主題及179項子題。

The main purpose of the article is to construct the selection principles and the themes for the educational national archives of ROC. Firstly the important educational affairs of our country are explained. Then the archives managed by the Ministry of Education are analyzed. Finally, selectness, distinguishment, rarity, significance, history and research priorities and expansibility are induced as the six general principles. To appreciate the values of the archives managed by central government agencies and local government agencies equally is the particular principle. Twenty-four major themes and one hundred and seventy-nine topics are chosen.
