技術型高級中等學校素養導向教學設計與實踐

Design and Practice of the Competency-Oriented Teaching for Vocational High Schools

摘要


核心素養是十二年國民基本教育課程發展之主軸,如何透過素養導向教學培養學生具備核心素養,成為學校實踐新課綱理念的首要任務之一。技術型高級中等學校(以下簡稱技高)課程除了有奠定各領域基礎的一般科目之外,尚有強化學生就業力之專業及實習科目,二者均是培養核心素養的重要管道,故增進所有技高教師素養導向教學能力,格外重要。本研究邀請全國10所技高學校共30位教師,參與為期半年的教師專業社群共作坊,發展出適合一般及專業實習課程的素養導向教案,並經過課堂實際教學與反饋修正以完備教案內容,也形成可操作的素養導向教學設計模式。本文主要分享本次共作坊的帶領內容及教案設計模式,包括素養導向教學理念與原則、設計程序與內容、素養導向教學省思與建議,文中搭配共作坊產出的教案內容輔以說明相關概念,期能拋磚引玉,激發技高教師發展出更多精彩的素養導向教學設計。

Core competencies are used as the basis of curriculum development to implement the ideas and goals of 12-Year Basic Education. Accordingly, competency-oriented teaching has become a key approach to ensure the implementation of the new curriculum. In vocational high school, core competencies could be adopted in the general domains and subjects as well as to be integrated in a flexible manner according to the professional clusters. Our research team invited 30 teachers from 10 vocational high schools (VHS) to join in a series of teachers' professional learning workshop for a half year. It aimed at developing lesson plans for various types of VHS curriculum by using competency-oriented teaching approach. This study presented the major contents in the workshop, including the rationale and principles of competency-oriented teaching, the process to design a lesson plan, and teaching reflection. It could be contributed to guiding and inspiring VHS teachers to develop innovative and creative lesson plans with a focus on using competency-oriented teaching approach.
