Gilles de la Tourette syndrome (GTS) is a possibly consistent lifelong chronic cerebral-neurological disorder which becomes evident in early childhood or adolescence. GTS is often associated with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other neurological disorders Georges Gilles de la Tourette, a French physician, who completely collected and described the main clinical features of Tourette syndrome that now bears his name. Nowadays, Chinese and western medicine combined treatment gets breakthrough development in GTS.
