建立台灣科學中藥處方學之迫切性

摘要

科學中藥目前是台灣中醫師臨床使用的主要劑型。科學中藥與傳統中藥劑型有明顯不同，因此對於科學中藥的使用與臨床療效的掌握是為一個新的重要課題。現今中醫教育中的方劑學課程，對於如何使用科學中藥仍缺乏獨立的專門課程。本文擬介紹台灣科學中藥的源起與影響，並藉由台灣中醫師使用科學中藥的臨床醫案以及日本漢醫使用漢方製劑（濃縮中藥）的臨床經驗等，初探科學中藥的臨床運用及特色，提出建立台灣科學中藥處方學之構想，俾供中醫在學教育及臨床方劑教學之參考。

Scientific herbal medicine (SHM) is the main prescription which made by Taiwanese Chinese medicine doctors now. The formula of SHM is quite different from the once of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), therefore the clinical use and therapeutic efficiency of SHM is a new and important issue. There is no independent and special course about how to make prescription of SHM in TCM education today.This study introduced the origin and influence of Taiwanese SHM, and then investigated the clinical use and characteristic of SHM by cases and experience of Taiwanese and Japanese Chinese medicine doctors who made prescription of SHM and Kannpou (concentrated Chinese medicine) respectively. This paper proposed the idea of the establishment of Taiwanese SHM prescription and then supplied TCM education and clinical teaching with reference.
