摘要


本研究著重於設計與製備可應用在曝光波長193 nm之光阻劑共聚物,建立蛋白質之固定化技術,並探討蛋白質於共聚物表面固定化所進行的結合機制。光阻劑共聚物之設計係依照化學增幅的原理進行設計。蛋白質固定化之製作程序係將白蛋白固定於塗有光阻劑共聚物之石英玻璃表面,然後檢測蛋白質於280 nm波長附近的吸光特性,以評估蛋白質固定化的效果。

In this study, we designed and synthesized of the 193 run photoresist copolymers for protein chip. The chemical amplification concept was adapted for the design of the copolymers. To study the surface treatment of the quartz glass, and the coupling of the albumin protein, we used with the fictionalization of the copolymers, and experimental conditions for protein immobilization. The albumin protein absorbed ultraviolet light with absorbance maximum at 280 nm. The techniques of the coupling efficiency were evaluated. The protein attached physically on the hydrophobic surface of the copolymers. This study assesses that photoresist copolymers can be used in bio-microlithography, which has potential applications in the fabrication of medicroanalysis devices.
