卵巢良性腫瘤的中醫治療病例報告

摘要

卵巢良性腫瘤屬於中醫的“癥瘕”、“腸覃”範疇，臨床症狀多以月經異常、下腹部墜脹疼痛、不孕等為表現。其主要病機為氣滯血瘀、痰濕內阻。本篇是一位36歲女性的卵巢囊腫病例報告，此病人從發現囊腫到痊癒的過程中，僅接受中藥治療並搭配超音波影像追蹤，可見中醫藥在此病治療方面可達到很好的效果，或許可幫助許多婦女免於手術之擔憂。

According to Traditional Chinese Medical literatures, benign ovarian tumors are belong to ＂Zheng Jia＂ or ＂gut mass＂. The clinical symptoms and signs usually present with abnormal menstruation, lower abdominal bulging pain, or infertility. The main pathogenesis of TCM theory is qi stagnation and blood stasis, and phlegm-damp stagnation. This case is a 36 year-old female with a large ovarian cyst. In the whole course of treatment, this patient simply accepted TCM prescription in our clinic department and followed up by Gynecological sonography. In this case, we found that the large ovarian cyst could be totally resolved by TCM treatment.
