摘要

目的：藉研讀《血證論　卷一》、《血證論　卷五－經閉篇》了解清代醫家唐宗海對於月經病之經閉證治療思路，並應用於臨床。方法：1.分析《血證論　卷一》經血生成之生理機制，2.統整〈經閉篇〉所提及經閉各類證型表現及論治方式。結果：唐氏對於水火氣血的關係及致病機理乃從《內經》、《難經》啟發而有所創建，其著作論述影響後世醫家深遠。結論：書中論治血病及經閉辨證重點如下：1.治月經病，氣血須兼顧，2.首重脾胃，建中焦，3.分寒、熱、虛、實四種證型施治。

Objective: By studying the ＂Xuezhenglun Vol. 1＂ and ＂Xuezhenglun Vol. 5-Amenorrhea＂ to understand the Qing Dynasty physician Tang Zonghai's treatment theory for menstrual amenorrhea and make it applied in clinical. Methods: 1. Analyze the physiological mechanism of menstrual blood in ＂Xuezhenglun Volume 1＂, 2. Integrate the various syndromes and treatment methods of amenorrhea mentioned in ＂Menstrual Disorders＂. Result: Tang's understanding of the relationship between water, fire, qui and blood and its pathogenic mechanism was inspired by ＂Nei Jing＂ and ＂Nan Jing＂, and his works have profound influence on later generations of physicians. Conclusion: The key points of the treatment of blood diseases and amenorrhea syndrome are as follows: 1. Treating menstrual diseases, both qui and blood must be taken into account, 2. Focus on the spleen and stomach, and strengthening middle jiao, 3. Subdividing cold, heat, deficiency, and positive treatment.
