媒體內容配合寬頻綱路技術已逐漸成為下一代綱路之中產業的主要合作方式,隨著產業生命週期的演進,綱路產業在策略聯盟的合作型態上也發生了顯著的變化。 傳統對於企業策略聯盟的動機架構在解釋綱路產業聯盟上已出現與現實衝突的情況,透過本文,筆者試圖從資源基礎(Resource-Based)以及統合(syncretic)觀點并配合盈動年代之個案研究,探討傅統諸多學者前輩所累積的策略聯盟動機架構是否適用於解釋綱路產業中日亦興起的跨平台整合現象,并提出幾個理論及實務上的議題,分別是: 1.資源基礎與交易成本的一體說 2.資源基礎論融入統合典範可能的思索 3.綱路產業中策略環境分析的困境
A media content tied in with broadband technology has become a major collaborative style in industry of internet. by the industrial lifecycle process, a strategic alliance style has strong change in industry. A traditional viewpoint of strategic alliance has not suitable in practice, this article try to discuss the motive framework of strategic alliance, from Resource-based to syncretic, and also tied up case study-PCCW. A conclusion provide some issue to discuss the motive framework of strategic alliance can apply to convergency of internet or not. 1.A viewpoint of resource-based and transactional cost are unity. 2.Resourced-based can combine with syncretic or not. 3.A strategy school is not suitable in Internet industry.
