摘要

本研究從資源基礎理論出發，強調公司間的「合作」關系，以J.B.Barney提出的資源基礎模式，以及R.M.Grant對資源基礎理論的觀點，針對國內入口綱站「PC home Online 綱路家庭」旗下事業單位之「ePaPer電子報聯盟」進行個案描述及持久競爭優勢之分析。
資源基礎理論認為，競爭優勢是由公司的异質性資源析產生，強調競爭優勢的持續性。因此，本研究依J.B.Barney的「資源基礎模式」(l991)分析國內最大的電子報發報中心－「ePaPer電子報聯盟」的异質性(heterogeneity)資源、不可移動性(immobility)資源，以及部分資源所具備的價值性(value)、稀少性(rareness)不可模仿性(imperfect imitability)和不可替代性(insubstitutability)等特質，探討其持久競爭優勢形成之因素。

The changes of economic environment have prompted the web sites to evolve. Cooperation, partnership, and integration have replaced competition. Competitive advantages of enterprises are generated by incorporating and internalizing exterior resources, and the complementation and sharing of resources constitute the resource-base.
Barney,J.B.(1991) considers that heterogeneous resources can create advantages for the competition of firms and emphasize its sustained. He used Resource-Based Model to analyze the competition of companies. In Barney's model, there are many kinds of resources in corporations such as heterogeneity、immobility、value、 rareness、 imperfect imitability and insubstitutability which would be influenced by competition. The purpose of this study is to use Barney's model to discuss the factors of an advantageous position of the competition in ePaper newsletters subscribed on the web site that commanded the portal site PC home Online.
