面臨知識經濟時代的來臨,對於教育改革的期盼始終是國人關注的焦點,學校領導者如何有效將「轉型領導」在學校行政上的應用,以提昇學校組織行政運作成果,使成員價值觀、態度能於自我實現努力當中獲有工作滿足,以革新學校行政績效,成功型塑學校特色。因此,本文根據文獻探討、分析轉型領導的基本意涵、層面、理論,認識轉型領導理論所強調的重點,及專家學者進行實徵研究的成果,提出轉型領導在學校行政應用之策略與轉型領導實行的困難,並歸結學校行政上推動轉型領導的具體做法,以供學校行政之參考。據此,本文提出下列七項應用策略:(一)發展學校願景、傳達高度期望;(二)展現領導魅力、表現積極自信;(三)尋求主動溝通、取得信任承諾;(四)啓發成員智能、不斷創新思維;(五)鼓勵自我實現、分享專業知能;(六)活絡組織氣氛、誠心關懷成員;(七)營造學習型組織、肯定教師專業。
Following the coming of the knowledge economy, we put much attention to education innovation. The school leader will how apply transformational leadership in school administration effectively, and promote the operating of school administration, then the members obtain working satisfy through self-realization, innovate achievement of school administration, and mold school characters successfully. According to the literature, analyze basic meaning, level, and theory of transformational leadership, and the results of empirical research for specialists, the paper provide strategies and implements of transformational leadership in school administration and offer some suggests to school administrations. The paper aims to offered seven strategies:(1) to develop the school vision and convey high expectation;(2) to emerge leadership charm and show active self-confidence;(3) to research active communication and catch trustful promise;(4) to inspire members intelligence and create thought continually;(5) to encourage self-realization and share professional knowledge;(6) to lively organizational climate and care about members;(7) to construct learning organization and approve teachers' profession.
