摘要
這是一位7歲大的學齡男童，右側大腿疼痛以及跛行已經兩個多月。之前，他看過小兒骨科醫師，經由骨盆X光診斷，證實罹患小兒股骨頭缺血性壞死，右側股骨頭塌陷，外漏突出髀臼窩，失去包覆，因此接受髖外展支架治療。因為穿著支架上學感到不便，所以他於97.02.20.時前來門診諮詢中醫療法。小兒股骨頭缺血性壞死屬於中醫“骨痿”的範疇，因此運用中醫四診的辨證治療，來改善股骨頭的局部血循，促使股骨頭愈合。

This is a aged 7 years old school boy suffered from the right thigh pain and limped for two months. He visited a pediatric orthopedist previously, and the diagnosis of Legg-Calve-Perthes disease was made by X-ray. R't femoral head collapse,. and there is loss of containment, as indicated by extrusion of the femoral head on radiographic examination. He accepted the containment therapy with a hip abduction brace then. He visited our OPD for the Chinese medicine consultation on February 20th, 2008, for feeling inconvenient at school.. This case was a kind of bone atrophy in the fields of Chinese Medicine. The Four Diagnosis Methods of Chinese Medicine was applied to promote the femoral head local blood circulation and healing.
