大陸骨傷重點單位學術交流訪問研究計畫

研究目的目前國內中醫傷科醫療品質為社會相當質疑，故選派醫師及學界參訪加強傷科手法品質以及中西醫學傷科結合學術交流。本計畫的研究主旨在提升國內中醫傷科的學術與臨床技能水準。研究方法本計畫由一直不斷致力於提升中醫傷科學術水準的中醫傷科醫學會集合國內傷科資深教授、中醫大老、傷科博士、副教授、助理教授、講師以及碩博士生等共七名參訪中國中醫科學院骨傷研究所、北京興和骨傷醫院、前海醫院、豐盛醫院、望京醫院並作學術論文交流，學術交流單位亦包括時正來京的福建泉州正骨醫院（南少林）、及遼寧海城正骨醫院（北少林）。主要研究主題為傷科特殊手法實地操作、孟和教授「微創手術」、中西結合骨科手術、復位固定器（脛腓骨、髕骨、股骨）、以及股骨頭無血管性壞死、股骨景骨折……等課題。本次計畫由中醫傷科醫學會主辦，參加者包括中國醫藥大學的中醫傷科醫學會的黃蕙棻理事長、中醫傷科徐新政主任、長庚醫院羅明江醫師、台北市立中醫醫院陳朝宗主任，以及碩博士生……等。結果與討論中西結合治療骨折與西醫傳統治療法比較上，「中西結合治療骨折」的確療效卓越。本計劃促進兩岸中醫中醫藥的快速交流，活絡雙方合作推展醫療及學術活動。大陸目前的骨傷科教材是中西結合，既富傳統手法技巧的特色，又擷取西醫的科技特長，適合時代潮流的演進值得參考利用。希望將來能納入中醫的教、考、用政策當中。

Aim The clinical quality of Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology is controvercial, We assigned TCM doctors and scholars to visit the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Hospitals and Universities of Mainland China. The goal of the plan is to promote the level of Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology in Taiwan. Method The project was performed by the association of Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology. We visited北京興合骨傷醫院、前海醫院、望京醫院、中國中醫研究院、北京中醫藥大學…….We presemted papers and discussed with the schalars and doctors in Mailand China. Results & Discussion The integrated medicine of Chinese and west Orthopaedics and Traumatology is the most sucessful achievement in Mailand China. We learned the manual practice in traditional Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology in Mailand China by experiericed TCM doctors. We also learned the funtional training skills for recovery. The academic meeting and visting of Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology to Mailand China will lead a good beginning of the cooperation in development and research of Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology.
