針傷藥合治車禍四肢多處挫傷：一病例報告
An Acupuncture-Chinese Traumatologic Manipulation-Chinese Medicine Therapeutic Measure for Extremities With Multi-Contusion And Hematoma For Traffic Accident: A Case Report
摘要
本篇報導因車禍造成四肢多處挫傷的病例一則，在沒有使用敷貼膏藥或熏蒸，也未採取刺絡拔罐放血等措施下，僅利用簡單的傷科手法，患者瘀腫疼痛的情況有不錯的改善。且在以針傷交替的方式消解瘀青時發現，用傷科處理的散瘀效果，較之針刺處理者佳。而損傷期時，病灶區出現條索狀的筋結，筆者以病變局部壓痛點及硬結等反應點為中心，採用《靈樞．官針》多針刺的概念治療，但在針刺時不強調得氣，無進行提插、捻轉、補瀉等手法，而筋結經過兩次的治療即有明顯的消解。本案例以針傷為主，藥物為輔的方式施治，對於損傷後有瘀青時可利用傷科手法處理，而局部出現硬結時，觀察多針刺是不錯的治療方法，謹供中醫同道們臨床時運用的參考。

This article reports a case of extremities with multi-contusion and hematoma for traffic accident. There are several reasons that may affect medical plans, for example: therapeutic measures、injury area、medical cost、medical laws & regulations、 occupation of this patient. An acupuncture-Chinese traumatologic manipulation-Chinese medicine therapeutic measure was used to cure this patient. The result shows that bruises are cured more rapidly in Chinese traumatologic manipulation methods than in acupuncture method. When she was in the final stage of damage, a strip of tendon mass appeared in the injury area. A method of poly-needling was adopted to dissolve it to avoid sequelae, and she gota well curative effect.
