摘要

本研究的主要內容為擴展傳統經濟生產量模式（EPQ），加入考慮貨品具損耗性、資源使用（儲存場地容積、存貨投資金額）具限制性，允許缺貨情形發生及考慮價格與需求互動因素等存貨特性。在模式中討論貨品損耗率為變化之情況，此時利用韋伯分配描述貨品之損耗性。經由本研究發展出一更具實用性之存貨模式。由實例探討我們可以得知，此模式可提供更正確之成本結構，以提供存貨管理者使用，使其能夠做出更正確之管理決策，以達到有效管理存貨之目標。

The study develops a production and pricing policy for deteriorating item with storage space and inventory investment limitations. It extends the traditional economic production quantity model (EPQ) with deteriorating items to consider resource limitations and to allow for shortages as well as price dependent of demand. In this model, a varying rate of deterioration using Weibull distribution is discussed. This research develops a more realistic inventory model which can enhance the efficiency of an inventory manager in decision making.
