聲強法在產品噪音量測之應用-抽油煙機之噪音測試

Product Noise Measurement of Range Hoods Using Sound Intensity Method

摘要


本文旨在採用ISO 9614[1]所訂定的量測聲強(Sound Intensity)計算聲功率(Sound Power)之方法,進行抽油煙機之產品噪音評估。本文不僅提出抽油煙機之噪音測試程序,同時針對國內主要製造廠所生產的抽油煙機,進行量測以獲得各廠牌抽油煙機之聲功率位準。文中接受測試的抽油煙機製造廠共計11家,而抽油煙機之排風量範圍在11.2立方公尺/min至16.5立方公尺/min。量測每台抽油煙機外所定義的包圍面上之聲強位準,再計算其A加權(A-weighted)之聲功率位準,本文所測得的結果顯示抽油煙機的聲功率位準值的分佈範圍是在65.1dBA至73.5dBA。

The object of this paper is to use sound intensity method according to ISO 9614 for determining the sound power level emitted by range hoods. In this paper, not only the procedure for the product noise measurement of range hoods is proposed but also the sound power levels of range hoods are obtained. The range of rated flow rate of fifteen range hoods made by eleven manufacturers in Taiwan is from 11.2 m^3/min to 16.5 m^3/min. The A-weighted sound power level for each range hood is calculated from the measurement of sound intensity level on the defined surfaces enclosing the range hood. The results indicated that the minimum and maximum sound power level of range hoods are 65.1 dBA and 73.5 dBA respectively.
