CNC車床切削內縲紋顫振之抑制

摘要


本文使用結構動力分析之技術來解決在工業界使用CNC車床車攻內螺紋時所發生的顫振(Chattering)問題。首先藉由實驗的方法量測出刀具的車削振動頻譜(Power Spectrum)以得知顫振頻率;繼之以有限元素法(FEM)架構出整體切削系統,並藉由模態測試(Modal Testing)建立準確的分析模式:再以此模式模擬不同刀套設計下所引發的顫振現象以求出最佳之刀具系統設計,最後由實際切削與振動頻譜量測結果印證此抑制顫振之有效分析方法。

The performance of a machine tool is ultimately evaluated by its capability to manufacture a workpiece of the required physical feature not only in the minimum time but at lowest running cost. The machining accuracy of workpiece produced on metal cutting machine tools is largely determined by the deviation at the cutting point from the demanded working dimensions between the workpiece and the tool. Regenerative chatter which is the most essential phenomenon among dynamic characteristics of machine tools is hard to improve after the machine tools have been constructed. This paper discusses the detail phenomena of chatter vibration encountered in a turning workpiece, and presents the practical and cost effectively methodology to overcome the consequential regenerative chatter of a CNC lathe after the modifications on the design of some structural components through the structure dynamics analysis. The cutting performance verified by experiments is greatly improved after the machine tool has been built up.
