擒縱機構動態反應實驗分析

An Experimental Study on the Dynamical Response of an Escapement

摘要


擒縱機構在工業上常被用於計時、調速或改變運動方向,該種機構屬於間歇性運動機構,在其運動中會產生不連續之運動,歸納其運動現象可分為接觸、分離、碰撞等三個運動相。由於運動之不連續現象造成機構之振動與噪音,尤其在高速運動下常造成擒縱齒之折斷,因此一套完善之分析方法與分析程式對擒縱機構之設計是必須的。本文在利用一套自行設計製作之擒縱機構配上扭力計、加速規及解碼器等量測各組件之運動特性及運轉時間,該等數據可做為理論分析之印證資料,對機構設計者選擇材料、尺寸參數等極有助益。

Escapements are commonly applied in industry for time controlling, speed governing or changing the direction of motion. This kind of mechanism has the properties of intermittent motion, because of the discontinuity in its kinematic chain. By observing the phenomena of motion, three-mode model was proposed. They are contact mode, free-flight mode and impact mode. Abnormal vibration and noise were produced since the discontinual motion of the mechanism. Teeth of anchor wheel were frequetly broken in high speed motion. Therefore an analytical method for predicting the dynamical response of Escapements are necessary and helpful. In this study, we designed and manufactured an Escapement, in which the torque transducer, accelerometers and encoders were attached for measuring the dynamical characteristics of each part and the elapsing time. These experimental data were collected for verifying the analytical results and were useful for the designer of this kind of mechanism.
