以共振法作疲勞測試

A Study on the Resonant Fatigue Testing

摘要


本研究自行組立一套由個人電腦控制的調音叉式共振疲勞測試系統。配合設定的軟體可以作到系統共振頻率的自動搜尋、補償,疲勞裂縫形成及成長的偵測。並以即時方式量測、回授振動訊息而監控整個實驗過程。 系統測試結果顯示,在共振時具有最大的擺動振幅、最小的激振力量及最穩定的振動模態。隨實驗過程進行,電腦可以明顯感測到這些訊息的變化而據以判定裂縫的形成及成長。另實驗數據也顯示共振法與迴轉法兩者具有相同的變化趨勢,證明共振法是一個可行的疲勞試驗方式。

A self desinged tuning fork type, resonant fatigue prototype system was developed, which was controlled by a personal computer. The performance of this system includes searching and modification of resonant frequency, detection of fatigue crack initiation and propagation. It also can control the whole experimental procedure by the feedback of vibration message in real time. At the resonant operating condition, the system has the maximum vibration amplitude with a minimum shaker ootput force and the most stable vibration mode. Results of the work show that the computer could detect the change of vibration signal during experimentation very sensitively. The information on vibration signal variation was used to analyze the fatigue crack initiation and propagation. The results also show that the variational tendency of the resonant fatigue testing data is similar with the rotary fatigue testing.
