本文針對一橡膠及砝碼所組成之壓縮形態的單自由度系統,以振動機在系統底部激發,利用傳輸比的獲得,求取橡膠的動剛度(Dynamic Stiffness)及阻尼(Damping),並利用不同形狀因子之動剛度結果,來預測動彈性模數(Dynamic Modulus)及損耗因子(Loss Factor)。此外,將試驗獲得之橡膠動彈性模數當成已知,利用ABAQUS分析軟體來模擬上述試驗的狀況,求取傳輸比的共振頻率、振幅及相位,並比較其結果。
Base excitation of a spring-mass system, consisting of a mass (preload) m and a rubber specimen in compression, is used to determine the dynamic properties (dynamic stiffness、damping、dynamic modulus and loss factor) of elastomeric materials. The base is excited by a white noise signal over the frequency range of 10-500 Hz and accelerometers are used to monitor the base and mass vibration. The dynamic properties are obtained from the result of the transmissibility and calculated by the LabView software. Again, the ABAQUS software is also introduced to simulate the process of the transmissibility experiment mentioned above for comparing each other.
