摘要


船舶於靠泊或航行期間,因電機及機械裝備之運轉而振動空氣及船體結構,使船舶產生自發性噪音,由於艙間為船員長期生活之空間。船員承受各種噪音連續不斷地侵襲。其生理及心理之危害可想而見,更重要的是噪音會干擾音響探測與航儀裝備的操作,故如何預先精確估算噪音實為重要之課題。 本文參考美國船舶工程中心有關船舶上噪音控制手冊,以及國內外相關文獻,由嗓音源,傳播路徑以及接收處等三方面進行船舶嗓音估算模式研究,並建立噪音估算設計表,以提供船舶在初步設計一般佈置圖完成後,即可先行噪音預估,以判斷機器按裝位置及結構是否恰當,避免船舶建造完成後產生噪音量過大,再耗費龐大金額改善:另即使船舶已建造完成,如有噪音問題時,在進行謀求嗓音改善對策時,亦可用來就改善方案先行預估模擬可降低之噪音值,再採行最佳解決方案。本文發展之噪音估算模式,已與相關文獻比較,並獲得驗證。

It will produce noise when the ship is in port or sail on the ocean. The reason that produces the shipboardnoise is when the electric equipment and machine operated the ship structure will be vibrated and vibrate the air, then the ship produced noise itself. The crew work in the ship all day, the shipboardnoise will reduces the efficiency of the work and hurt the health of the crew. So how to estimate the noise and create the procedure that estimate the noise on the ship cabin is the important topic now. This paper precedes the research about the shipboard noise estimated procedure from the noise source, path and receiver. This study refers the American Naval Ship Engineering Center about shipboard noise control handbook and related literature. The noise design sheets have be establish. The design sheet could be used in the primarily design phase. When the generals arrange drawing has been accomplish could estimate the ship cabin noise in advance. Thus the ship designer can judge where is the machine could be suitably set up and avoid spent large cost to reduce the noise Once the ships have been constructed if the noise in the ship cabin is large than standard, the procedure to estimate the noise could used to simulate the noise needed to reduce. The procedure that to estimate noises in this study have verify with the related literature.
