半導體廠房減震動力分析研究

摘要


本文係取用Loma Prieta地震歷時記錄資料,結合減震技術設計,以ETABS程式分析兩組結構模型,其中一組在樓頂水塔底部安裝Friction Pendulum System固定在樓版上,另一組則將水塔直接結合固定在樓版上;其中Friction Pendulum System為減震摩擦阻尼搖擺系統,裝置在建築物主體關鍵位置上,得以將地表傳入建築物的振動能量及瞬間強風對建築物之荷重,藉由水塔反向慣性力作用,予以吸收消散,以減少地震能量及高速列車產生強大風壓對半導體廠結構的破壞性衝擊,在結構為抗彎矩構架系統(Moment-resisting Frame System)且樑柱平面佈置對稱的考量之下,評估兩樓受地震作用之減震行為及風荷重對結構物變形之影響,經由有限元素程式來模擬分析高層建築物在頂樓增加額外質量之不同設計模式下,受地震、風力荷重作用產生之動態行為,而得到之模擬數據,說明高層建築物在頂層安置Friction Pendulum System達到減震效果,同時考量經濟效益前提下,達到減震目的,避免遭遇到大地震時半導體廠房受損壞倒塌,而造成人員傷亡,或受強風荷重下,樓層產生大位移,致使半導體晶圓製程產生良率降低,同時借助消能耐震觀念,提供不同領域行業參考。

This paper combines Loma Prieta's ”Earthquake time history records” and earthquake reduction design technology to analyze two sets of structural models by ETABS program. The first set is to install a ”Friction pendulum system” between the water tank and the floor on the top of the building and the other set is to fix the water tank directly to the floor. The friction pendulum system is a vibration reduction frictional damping rolling system. which is usually installed in the pivotal point of the building to dissipate the vibration energy and reduce destructive impact from the shock wave of the earthquake. This two buildings are assumed to be the ”moment resisting frame systems” with symmetrically distributed beams and columns and are evaluated the vibration reduction behavior under the affect of earthquake and/or wind load. A Finite Element program is used to simulate the dynamic behavior of these high level buildings with different design of additional mass and damper system. The free and forced responses are shown in time and frequency domain accompanied with the mode shapes with each of the buildings.
