自由邊界網球拍模型之振動特性分析

摘要


本研究旨在探討網球拍之振動特性,研究中應用理論及實驗兩種方式,分別對一網球拍進行實驗模態分析與有限元素分析,在有限元素分析中分別採用樑元素模擬網線與立體元素模擬拍框進行分析,再與實驗求得之模態參數進行驗證,可由模態分析所得自然頻率與模態振型,與實驗分析數值作比較驗證,以得到網球拍之分析完整模型,並可作為未來球拍設計之參考。本研究可減少研發測試過程中所耗費之人力與時間,亦可作為其他種球拍之振動分析、設計變更及定義品質之參考。

This work aims to study the vibration characteristics of a tennis racket by both analytical and experimental approaches. Experimental modal analysis (EMA) and finite element analysis (FEA) are respectively performed to obtain modal parameters of the racket. In FEA, beam elements are used to simulate the string, and solid elements are applied to construct the racket. The natural frequencies and mode shapes can be obtained from theoretical modal analysis and compared with those modal from experiments to validate the analytical modal of the tennis racket. The verified modal will be beneficial to the design of tennis racket. This work not only provides the analytical technique but also enhances understanding of vibration characteristic for tennis racket.
