Aeromonas Hydrophila Fulminant Infection in Previous Healthy Patient-Two Cases Report
Aeromonas Hydrophila細菌對以前為健康病人所引發之猛暴性感染的病例報告
摘要
Aeromonas hydrophila，此種細菌存在於環境中的很多地方，它通常侵犯具有免疫系統或糖尿病及肝能異常的病人，常會造成很厲害的後果，我們報告二例此細菌對以前爲健康病人所引起的猛暴性感染。包括它們的炎性反應，治療過程及文獻回顧。

Aeromonas hydrophila is an infrequent source of infection in man. More recent reports reveal it may be serious causing fatal infections especially in immunocompromised patients. Two patients previous healthy sustained injuries in a traffic accident. Early signs of infection with severe soft tissue involvement and extensive tissue necrosis were characteristic of this infection. Early diagnosis and management is necessary to achieve a good outcome.
