Because of the changed of the life style, and reduce the motivation to participate in exercise, those caused descend of the college students’ health fitness, and the bet way to enhance college students' health fitness is doing exercise regularly. There are total 73 participants who study at Nan Kai University of Technology and choose volleyball class in this research, after 18 weeks basic volleyball training, the researcher analyzed the data and discussed the relationship between volleyball class and female college students' health fitness. The result of this study showed, even though the BMI level was reduced, but there is no statistic significant difference between basic volleyball training and female college students' BMI level. There are statistic significant difference between basic volleyball training and female college students' flexibility, explosive strength, and cardiovascular.
